Marketplace Role
Spread the Word helps businesses publish referral campaigns and helps creators choose campaigns to share with their communities. Businesses are responsible for their offers, product claims, fulfillment, refunds, and campaign assets. Creators are responsible for honest endorsements, required disclosures, and following campaign rules.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. Businesses may need verified billing information. Creators may need payout and tax information before commissions are released.
Commissions and Fees
Campaign pages show commission rates, platform fees, payout timing, and business transaction fees. Final payouts may change because of refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, tax withholding, or corrections to attribution data.
Content and Conduct
Users may not upload misleading claims, infringing materials, unlawful content, or content that violates campaign rules. Spread the Word may review, pause, reject, or remove campaigns and accounts to protect marketplace trust.
Beta Status
Until production credentials, payment rails, and legal review are complete, this product should be treated as a beta marketplace prototype.
